Say Goodbye to the Pain Experience
with My Pain Coach, LLC

Your pain recovery/reduction program, the MPC Pain-Free Formula™, is a comprehensive and personalized system designed to help individuals effectively manage and overcome chronic pain. It is tailored to address the unique needs and challenges faced by each individual, guiding them toward a life that is not dictated by persistent pain.

The MPC Pain-Free Formula™ comprises several key elements:

1. Personalized Coaching: The program starts with one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to the individual's specific pain experience, goals, and challenges. These sessions provide guidance, support, and personalized strategies to navigate and alleviate the impact of chronic pain.

2. Holistic Approach: It involves a holistic perspective, addressing not only the physical aspects but also the emotional, mental, and lifestyle components that can influence pain. By understanding the interconnected nature of these elements, the program aims to bring comprehensive relief and improved overall well-being.

3. Goal Setting and Action Plans: Together with the individual, the program defines clear, achievable goals and formulates action plans to reach those objectives. This process enables progress tracking and maintains motivation throughout the journey towards pain recovery/reduction.

4. Tools and Techniques: The program incorporates a range of tools and techniques, such as mindfulness practices, stress management, pain coping strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and potentially physical exercises or alternative therapies, all customized to suit the individual's needs.

5. Empowerment and Education: Education is a fundamental aspect, providing individuals with a deeper understanding of their pain condition, potential triggers, and ways to manage and alleviate it. This empowers them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

6. Ongoing Support: Continuous support and guidance are offered throughout the program's duration, ensuring individuals feel consistently supported and motivated as they progress toward a pain-free life.

The MPC Pain-Free Formula™ is not just a short-term solution; it's a comprehensive program aimed at providing long-term relief, resilience, and the tools necessary to live a fulfilling life despite the challenges of chronic pain. By combining your expertise, personal experience, and a holistic approach, this program is tailored to bring hope and empowerment to those on the path to pain recovery.

The Process Behind Pain Coaching

The coaching program does not involve diagnosing, treating, or counseling clients, as I am not a doctor or a mental health professional. Instead, it focuses on helping clients make self-directed evidenced-based lifestyle changes that may impact their experience of neuroplastic pain. Clients gain evidence-based interventions to manage their pain by understanding how their brain processes threat perceptions.

I help clients understand their neuroplastic pain through Pain Neuroscience Education and guide them in making lifestyle behavior changes using Motivational Interviewing, which is a communication technique proven to help clients increase motivation for lasting self-directed change. Clients learn strategies such as mindfulness, self-compassion, and movement, and they are supported in building resilience through the process.

The main modalities utilized in the coaching program include:

   - Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE): Teaching clients about the brain's role in producing neuroplastic pain.

   - Motivational Interviewing (MI): Facilitating conversations to remove ambivalence and increase client motivation for change.

   - Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT): Used to help clients rewire the brain’s response to pain.

   - Lifestyle Interventions: Supporting clients in incorporating evidence-based strategies like stress reduction to lower the brain’s threat perception.

Please Note:

This coaching approach is specifically designed to empower clients to manage their pain experience, focusing on lifestyle behavior change and education rather than treatment or diagnosis.
